In a Nutshell:
As an Account Executive for Macias, you will be responsible for fully immersing yourself in the clients’ business, products, consumers and competition to help orchestrate/execute national marketing efforts for several of our clients across a spectrum of categories and channels.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the independent day-to day management of assigned account(s)
- Manages /coordinates client projects and may take an active role in all disciplines (planning, creative, media, research production, and database) from planning to completion
- Able to manage strict timelines and be responsible for project scheduling and deliverables
- Experience in developing detailed status reports and meeting recaps
- Experience using Project Software management systems for project tracking and organization
- Understands the processes and internal working of an ad agency
- Take responsibility for knowing and internalizing the statistics of the client’s business
- Analyze and synthesize business data while creating a strong POVs
- Expert in competitive landscape and Client’s overall business
- Ability to fairly and appropriately communicate between client and Agency
- Collaborate seamlessly with creative and strategic teams, writing briefs, evaluating work and providing feedback for revisions, as needed
- Clear understanding of all production processes (digital, print and broadcast)
- Ability to multi-task and have strong communication skills. You can speak intelligently about the marketing challenges facing the client.

We’d love if it you:
- Have approximately 2-5 years of advertising/marketing experience, ideally on Consumer packaged goods and/or DTC brands
- Have experience presenting both orally and in writing
- Can build good rapport with team and clients
- Consider yourself a digital native
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit; can thrive with little direction
- Have proactive personality that constantly looks to propose new ideas and solutions to existent problems
- Anticipates problems, opportunities and suggests action plans
- Are strategically inquisitive and inclined
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Spanish proficiency preferred, but not a requirement
